We count on you to give us a good address. If you give us an incorrect address and delays occur, this is not covered. If the flowers are delivered to a business or campus and the internal system fails to deliver the package, this is not necessarily covered. For instance, the front desk doesn't tell anyone about the flowers. FedEx charges a $15 incorrect address charge that may be passed on to the customer, so please be sure to double check that your recipient address is correct before submitting the order.
You fill in the form wrong. To ensure that it is filled in correctly, please double check the form before you hit submit and look over the confirmation email receipt.
You do not let us know in a timely fashion. Delays in notifying us affects our ability to ascertain what went wrong and honor the guarantee. For example if there was a delay in delivery, we have a small window in which to put in a claim with FedEx.
Delays caused by force Majeure (acts of God, flood, tidal wave, bad weather, armed insurrection, Planetary takeover by Venusians/Martians, etc etc) are not necessarily covered. Delays caused by grounding of FedEx airplanes, closure of airports due to inclement weather, terrorism or any reasons out of our control are not necessarily covered.
In no case shall 2G Roses LLC or its agents be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary or indirect damages.
We will handle on a case by case basis delivery disputes between FedEx and the recipient. These include but are not limited to tracking information showing delivery but a recipient claim of non delivery.
